These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.fielddaysexperience.com), your Membership, participation in giveaways, and access to Field Days partner benefits (collectively, “Services”). By using our Site or purchasing a Membership, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing Field Days and becoming a Member, you confirm you’ve read and accepted our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and handle your data.
Field Days Experience offers:
Premium digital content: adventure films, tutorials, survival stories
Guided off-grid tours in remote Australia
Member-only giveaways and trade promotions
Partner discounts on outdoor, 4WD, and lifestyle brands
Loyalty perks based on your subscription tier and tenure
We may update or remove services at any time without notice.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Only one account is permitted per person. Shared or duplicate accounts may be suspended, and entries forfeited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Field Days offers evergreen loyalty membership tiers, each unlocking different benefits:

Memberships auto-renew monthly.
You must be 18 years or older to join.
Memberships, entry allocations, and loyalty bonuses are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold or shared under any circumstance.
Some giveaways or partner offers may be exclusive to higher-tier members and may be limited in time or quantity.
Your entries reset monthly and are based on your membership tier. Loyalty bonuses apply the longer your subscription remains active. Bonuses reset if your membership is cancelled or lapses.
How to Enter
Active members are automatically entered into all live giveaways based on their tier.
Draw Types
Draws may be conducted live (e.g. livestream) or automatically via certified draw software.
Selection and Notification
Winners are selected via randomdraws.com.au or approved alternatives and notified via email, phone, or SMS.
By entering, you consent—if selected as a winner—to Field Days using your name, suburb, and photo in promotional content. You may opt out of images by notifying us in writing.

VIP invites to branded events (Top Dawg tier)
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership once per billing cycle. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades begin next cycle.
Cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Membership remains active until your current billing cycle ends. No refunds are offered unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your payment fails, we retry up to 5 times across 7 days. If unsuccessful, your membership will be cancelled, and any loyalty bonuses forfeited.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent entries, or attempt to bypass system controls. Breaches may lead to termination.
Field Days services are for personal use only. Any resale or affiliate manipulation of memberships or entries is strictly prohibited.
Only residents of Australia (excluding South Australia) aged 18+ may participate. Giveaways are void where prohibited.
Age Restriction: You must be 18+ to participate.
Residency Restriction: Only Australian residents may enter.
International Winners: If a winner resides outside Australia, government approval may be required to deliver the prize. If not obtained within 30 days, a cash alternative of up to 60% of the prize value may be offered.
Legislation Compliance: All promotions are run under relevant federal and state trade promotion laws. Permit numbers will be displayed on relevant giveaway pages.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their prize. Seek financial advice if unsure.
If a prize becomes unavailable or undeliverable, we reserve the right to:
Substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or
Offer a cash alternative of up to 70% of the prize value
Prizes are typically delivered within 45 business days. We may request ID and address verification before releasing a prize. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in forfeiture.
We are not liable for any issues arising from external products, promotions, or services offered by our partners. Use at your own discretion.
We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
All Field Days materials are copyright-protected. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Days disclaims all liability for damages or losses arising from participation in our Services.
We reserve the right to cancel entries, suspend accounts, or revoke prizes in cases of suspected fraud, identity manipulation, bots, or abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid disruption.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
We aim to resolve disputes through good faith discussions. If unresolved, both parties agree to engage in mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
We are not liable for any delays or service disruptions due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders.
Where conflicting terms appear across other platforms or campaigns, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
